D'zine.. A man supportive and by his own admission
very defensive of drum & bass as a sound and as a scene and
with good reason.
Having been immersed and involved in drum & bass from it's earliest
origins in acid house he began deejaying in 1989 alongside his new
found interest raving at illegal events such as sunrise, energy
& biology. He has now been deejaying for 15 years from acid
house through hardcore onto jungle basically whatever name you give
it he's played it, ultimately playing drum & bass under whatever
guise from day one. His first flyer of real interest was at his
local club in 1991 with a residency, guests on rotation included
grooverider & bukem.

Most of the early 90's were spent perfecting his
dj skills playing on local
pirate stations and at local clubs and bars combined ultimately
with clubbing and raving. He then went onto promote small nights
in his home town of st.albans with guests including swan-e &
tayla.

During the late 90's to feed his obsession with collecting
vinyl & ease his
weekly spending he went onto manage his local record shop to contitnue
to push and promote his genre of choice drum & bass. Through
contacts made at the time he then went onto become part of future
thinkin events which has continued to the present day. Clubs he's
played at over the years have included:Labyrynth ,paradise club, haven
stables,leisure lounge,the rex,scala,ministry of sound, rhythm station,bagleys,hastings
pier, the colosseum, and the rhythm factory. Notable nights he's played
at inclued one nation, best of british and telepathy

Moving into the next century 2001 to be precise and
to progress and push the music further he now works at srd distribution
handling nearly all the major drum & bass sales accounts throughout
the u.k.

After spending over half his life
hunting for and collecting vinyl to the point of obsession in his
case "music is most definitely life"...........
