I ONE

I-one is a unique and unorthodox vocalist who can compliment or enhance any given genre of music. She is continually progressing and adding new flavours to her distinctive soulful poetic rhymes, song blended spoken word and crowd energising vibes. Music is her tool for expression and she says, “ Drum ‘n’ Bass has the scope that allows freedom and choice to experiment both lyrically and vocally “.



Enthusiasm for the performing arts was cultivated early in her life. It has developed and been enriched through extensive and varied training. An attendee of the BRIT school for performing arts and with a Degree in Modern Drama Studies performing has always and continues to be a facet of her life. However, with equal affection for dancing, acting and singing, she never perceived that being a vocalist would become her main pursuit.



I-one debuted with Future Thinkin (FT) at one of their early events Futurism at Scala and has since become a key element of the FT sound. Being part of FT has given her the opportunity to work with some of D ‘n’ B’s top DJ’s. She works closely with DM C.U.T performing on his sets and in the studio producing tracks. They also worked together on the TV programme The Joy of Decks, where they produced a track with Roni Size.
